Tone Caliper for iPad — Privacy Policy

Tone Caliper for iPad is developed by Light Year Interactive Inc.

We designed the app to work locally on your device and to collect as little information as possible.

Tone Caliper for iPad does not collect personal data.

This policy applies to the iPad version of Tone Caliper. Other versions of Tone Caliper may have different features and privacy practices.

Your photographs

Tone Caliper imports photographs using Apple’s system photo picker. The app does not request unrestricted access to your photo library.

Photographs you choose to open are processed locally on your iPad. Tone Caliper does not upload your photographs, previews, edits, color information, or exported images to servers operated by Light Year Interactive Inc.

Your photographs are not used for advertising, analytics, machine learning, or AI training.

Accounts

Tone Caliper for iPad does not require you to create an account.

Light Year Interactive Inc. does not maintain a user profile or account associated with your use of the iPad app.

Analytics and tracking

Tone Caliper for iPad does not use advertising SDKs or analytics services.

We do not track you across apps or websites.

We do not collect usage analytics from the app.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.

Tone Caliper uses StoreKit to retrieve product information, initiate purchases, determine whether you have access to purchased features, and restore purchases.

Light Year Interactive Inc. does not receive or store your payment card information.

Information processed by Apple in connection with your Apple Account, App Store purchases, and payments is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.

Data stored on your device

Tone Caliper may store information locally on your device that is necessary for the app to function, such as app preferences and editing state.

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Light Year Interactive Inc.

Deleting the app may remove locally stored app data according to iPadOS behavior.

Network services

Tone Caliper does not operate an account, image-processing, synchronization, analytics, or advertising service for the iPad app.

Apple services such as the App Store and StoreKit may communicate with Apple’s servers as part of purchasing, subscription management, entitlement verification, and other operating-system functionality.

Data sharing

Because Tone Caliper does not collect personal data from the iPad app, Light Year Interactive Inc. does not sell or share personal data collected through the app.

Children’s privacy

Tone Caliper does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users through the iPad app.

Changes to this policy

If Tone Caliper’s features or data practices change, this privacy policy will be updated to reflect those changes.
